Vote Points Reward Problem?

Yesterday i used My 1k Vote Points On Ashes Of Alar and i havent got it how long is the process to get it ?

I've already bought several mounts. My characters were waiting ingame near a mailbox while I was buying the item at the voting reward page, they always got it immediately. If you're still waiting after a whole day I guess something went wrong.
Wait for a GM/admin reply to be sure.
